Refund Policy for Basketball Tournament

1. General Refund Policy Participants are expected to understand and agree to this refund policy upon registering for the tournament. By completing the registration process, teams acknowledge that they are committing to participation and payment in full.

2. Refund Eligibility Refunds are only available if a team provides notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the start of the tournament.

3. Notice of Cancellation To be eligible for a refund, teams must submit their cancellation notice in writing via email to [email protected] no later than 48 hours before the tournament’s scheduled start time. The timestamp on the email will be used to determine eligibility.

4. No Refunds After the 48-Hour Deadline No refunds will be issued for any cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the tournament begins. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to injury, illness, personal emergencies, or scheduling conflicts.

5. Processing of Refunds Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued through PayPal, Venmo, or cash

6. Non-Transferability of Registration Registration fees are non-transferable. If a team cancels within the refund eligibility period, the registration cannot be transferred to another team or individual.

I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily giving up certain legal rights by signing it. By signing this waiver as team captain I acknowledge that my teammates agree to these terms and conditions.
